All web pages created by Q2 include optimization, using keywords, meta tags and alt tags. Q2 will give you suggestions on how to help with your SEO, including a list of sites that you can register your site with to help drive traffic to your site.

What is a typical turnaround time?

It depends on the project, and the scope of the project, but Q2 has the reputation of working quickly. Typically, if there is a slow down in a work process, it has to do with a lack of materials provided. If there is a delay in the original time estimate, you will be informed.

How do you communicate with your clients?

Q2 has clients primarily within Central Texas, but also in other places in the U.S. and Canada. We communicate chiefly via email, and sometimes with Skype and MSN Messenger. Although putting a face with a name is always nice, Q2 finds that email communication is the most efficient. Sometimes it helps to have a written record of conversations to help clarify expectations for both parties.

How do you accept payment?

Cash, check, money order, Google Wallet and Paypal.

Do you barter your services?

No. Reduced rates may be available for non-profit entities.
